  • Registration information

    The Congress begins at 7 pm on Thursday, Oct. 18 and ends at noon on Sunday, Oct. 21.


    The registration fee for the Congress is $310. This includes 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches and the banquet dinner. If you would like to bring a guest to the banquet dinner, there is an additional $60 fee.

    Registrations will be cancelled if a check is not received within 10 business days of the registration.


    Refund policy

    Attendees who cancel their registration before July 1, 2018 will receive a 50% refund ($155). No refunds will be given after July 1, 2018.
